We have updated our platform to offer Bitcoin Cash (BCH) withdrawals. When you next log into your itBit account, you will be able to see your BCH balance. This balance is equal to the Bitcoin you held in your itBit account at the time of the BCH fork on August 1, 2017.
You can now make a one-time withdrawal of your full BCH balance. To make a withdrawal, you should click “Withdraw” on the Funding page and enter an external BCH address. You must withdraw the full balance of Bitcoin Cash in one transaction, and two-factor authentication (2FA) must be enabled for any BCH withdrawals over $2,500. For customers that have 2FA enabled, BCH withdrawals will not count against daily or monthly withdrawal limits.
